Victoria Carlton

Victoria Carlton is a Senior Associate Attorney at Bangerter Frazier Group, and her practice focuses primarily on commercial and business litigation, including contract enforcement, fraud, municipal disputes, construction defects, boundary issues, and real property disputes. She has also previously served as associate general counsel to municipalities, special service districts, and public infrastructure districts. She has developed a high level of expertise in these areas of law, accompanied by her expertise gained as a law clerk in Utah's Second District Court, and focuses in providing the client an advocate and guide through difficult legal disputes.
