Prior to joining Bangerter Sheppard & Frazier, Mr. Sheppard enjoyed eleven years as Vice-president and General Counsel for Melaleuca, Inc., an international manufacturer and direct seller of consumer products. Additionally, he has been recognized among the list of “Utah’s Legal Elite” in the Real Estate specialty by Utah Business Magazine. His years of service on Boards of Directors for both Housing Authorities and Health Care organizations provides a broad base of experience in the areas of corporate, real estate and financial transactions.
