It was already hard grieving the loss of my Dad then add to that being the trustee trying to deal with all the paperwork, I was not doing good.😢 Bill completed the legal documents I needed to send in to all the financial institutions to settle my Dad’s accounts. Bill treated me like family and patiently took the time to understand my circumstance, including my health issues, and gave me insights about my situation. I even learned about rights and benefits I didn't know existed for me. Legal items can be daunting and intimidating but Bill did a fantastic job breaking it down for us in ways we can easily digest and understand. I've heard stories of other attorneys and firms with a cookie cutter approach towards clients but our experience with this firm felt very personal. Jerry M2268 days agoIn the past, I was the executor of an estate from hell and this estate had dragged on for numerous years with the support of a less than responsive lawyer. Once I decided to look else where for quality legal help, I contacted Bill Frazier and within a short period of time we had a court appointment, directions on how to proceed and then before I knew it, the estate was closed. I’ve seen a few of the lawyers when they were coming from lunch and you can perceive the camaraderie among themselves. Mr. Bill Frazier was recommended to our family over a decade ago, he helped us when were going through a very difficult time in our lives. To this date we know God allowed for our paths to crossed. They should garner your attention when choosing a Legal help. They are patient and kind and do Good work. I recently went through a divorce and my estate was a mess. Bill fixed everything. It was such a pleasure and piece of mind to have his team resolving my issues. Wes M979 days agoI am actually not a client, but I was very surprised by the reception and friendliness of Mr. Frazier. Not only did he take time from being with his family to answer my questions, he personally called me to listen to my situation, and give me advice as to how I should proceed. Not only that, he called me back the next day to go over an update, and check to see how things were going. I was very impressed by this and taken it back, as most of the time, most places will not give you a second thought if you are simply asking questions. Botum C2266 days agoI met Bill Frazier a few years ago when he was the opposing counsel in a labor case in which I represented the plaintiffs. In my dealings with Bill Frazier, I found him to be a civil, efficient, and solution-oriented attorney. He was a great advocate for his client and it was clear to me that he also understood the big picture. We were able to craft a settlement that was acceptable to both sides and everyone was able to move on with their lives. Maria L3286 days agoI met Mr. Frazier when I consulted him on an odd real estate easement matter. I had done quite a bit of research and forwarded him all the deeds/easements, and my interpretation of the case. Mr. Frazier read all of the paperwork (which was a lot), and gave me his perspective on the case all for free. He spoke with me on the phone at length, and also was willing to help my neighbors who are dealing with the issue. When one of my neighbors filed a lawsuit against me, he recommended Lane Wood to handle the case for me, who also works at the firm. Mr. Wood did a great job defending me, and the case was dismissed. All in all, I was very happy with their diligent service, it was worth every penny. Recommend.Posted on Google
